Concerning Wars Fantastical! Come take first crack at the upcoming game system by Wargames Research Group, written in collaboration with Fame & Glory, which combines the historic grounding of De Bellis Antiquitatis with with monsters, magic, and heroism of fantasy. Each player will be the general of a grand contingent of knights, heroes, and yeoman... or perhaps orcs, undead, and dragons! Each contingent will be assigned a side, and a massive pitched battle Demo game will ensue! Will it be the grounded strategies of history that win the day, or will the peculiar tactics and wild magics of fantasy be the deciding factor? Each great battle will last 1.5-2.5 hours, then be reset for the next demo, so if you can't make it to the first game, stick around- there will be another!
